The short list of what a phone call tells us, and the long list of things we will never do with it.
Last updated: August 2026.
The whole reason Boulder Porta Potty keeps this site up is so anyone in Boulder or along the Front Range can pick up the phone and get a porta potty quote. You'll find no cart to fill, no account to create and no form to submit — every path forward leads to a call to (720) 821-1190.
When you call you give us a delivery address, your dates and roughly how many people. That's used to book and service the rental, and it goes nowhere else.
Our host keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, browser type, the pages viewed — for uptime and security, and any analytics tally visits in aggregate rather than tracking individuals.
The site sets minimal cookies; embedded Google Maps and Google Fonts each receive only the request required to load. Declining cookies won't stop you from seeing the number or placing the call.
Calls are answered and scheduled by a fulfillment partner, so a live person can fit your delivery into the run. All they get is the order itself; your personal information is never sold, rented or swapped.
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may ask what booking information we hold, request a copy, and ask that it be corrected or deleted. Because we operate by phone and collect little, there is usually not much to act on — call (720) 821-1190 and we'll take care of it.
This site is meant for adults arranging rentals and isn't built for kids; we don't knowingly gather anything from anyone under 13.
Should we change this notice, the date shown at the top changes along with it, and the revised wording applies from the minute it goes live on the site.
For anything on this page, (720) 821-1190 is the line to call. Our mailing reference is 1830 55th St, Boulder, CO 80301.
Nothing on this page should be read as legal advice; it is general information only. Where you see Boulder Porta Potty, read it as the trading name of the business that runs this site.
One call locks in the delivery, the weekly round and the pickup across Boulder and the surrounding Colorado area.
